Music Ministry

At Lawrenceburg FBC, we are a church that loves to praise our King.  From our contemporary praise & worship team to our traditional choir, we offer a variety of ways to celebrate Jesus.

Praise Team

Our praise team leads worship at our Contemporary service.  The music is heartfelt and will be familiar to those who love modern worship music.  The team also leads several worship nights, held throughout the year.  If you sing or play, contact our worship leader, Brian Black, to see how you can serve our church.

Worship Choir

Our worship choir leads the congregation in worship every Sunday morning at the traditional service. The choir consists of men and women of all ages singing a variety of styles from traditional hymns to more modern arrangements. Pianist Michael Sivils and Organist Lance Roe provide the music for these talented singers. The choir meets to practice every Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. in the choir room. Contact our Music Minister, Mark Logsdon, for more information on how you can serve.

Hims of Harmony

Men of all ages are welcome to sing with the Hims of Harmony as they breathe new life into familiar classics from days gone by. Lighthearted fellowship and deep devotion to the Almighty set the tone for this wonderful singing group, who lead our congregation monthly. Contact our Music Minister, Mark Logsdon, for more information on how you can serve.

Children's Choir & Handbells

Beginning at age 2, our children's choir groups offer kids the opportunity to grow and express themselves musically in an environment that celebrates the One who gives us a reason to sing. The children's choirs meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m.   Children and youth that excel in their musical endeavors may be selected for our Handbell Choir.  Youth Handbells meet on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. during the school year.  Kidzbellz meets on Thursdays at the same time.  Contact our Music Minister, Mark Logsdon, for more information on how you can serve.

"Praise Him- He is your God, and you have seen the great and astounding things that He has done for you." - Deuteronomy 10:21

We see worship as far more than simply singing songs.  It is the sacrificial giving of one's self to the Lord in all aspects of life.  But we certainly love to sing and shout out our love for the King of Kings.
