Bob has served as pastor of First Baptist since April of 2006. Prior to coming to Lawrenceburg, he served as pastor of two churches in Alabama. A native of Florida, he is a graduate of Carson-Newman College, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Beeson Divinity School. He and his wife Melanie are the proud parents of three children.
Mark has served as FBC's minister of music since January of 1984. Prior to coming to Lawrenceburg, he was completing his Master of Church Music degree at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, where he served as part-time minister of music at the Franklin Crossroads Baptist Church in Cecelia, KY. Mark and his wife, Janis, are both natives of KY and alumni of Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond. They have been married for over 30 years and have two adult daughters.
Joel has served as the minister of youth since August 2016. He graduated from Boyce College in May 2016, with a degree in Youth and Family Ministry. Joel has a strong desire to teach the Bible and to disciple students. He and his wife Grace are both from Louisville, KY and have been married since May of 2014. Joel loves to go camping and hiking and is a big fan of the Pittsburge Steelers.
Jeremy has served as minister of children since September 2015. Growing up at FBC, Jeremy realizes the significant impact our children's ministry has on the lives of our little ones. Jeremy enjoys cooking, singing, watching tennis, and going to the movies.
Brian has been leading worship at churches, conferences, and events throughout the southeastern United States for nearly two decades. After being baptized at FBC as a teenager, Brian returned to serve as the contemporary worship leader in March 2015. He is a fan of vintage guitars and the Boston Red Sox. Brian and his wife, Cassandra, are the proud parents of one son, Chase, and one daughter, Kendall.
Kelly has served as Lawrenceburg FBC's church administrator since October 1995. Prior to taking this part-time position, he served as Director of State Audits for the Commonwealth of Kentucky Auditor of Public Accounts, retiring in August of 1995. A native of Hodgenville, Kentucky, he is a graduate of Georgetown College with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Glenda are the parents of two children and eight grandchildren.
Faye has served as secretary at Lawrenceburg FBC since March 1998. She is the mother of Amy and Mark and Memaw of Barbara and Amanda.
Cindy has served as secretary at Lawrenceburg FBC since February 2007. Prior to joining the staff, she was a stay-at-home mom. She and Dennis, her husband of 22 years, have three lovely daughters: Brittany, Ashley, and Emily.
Jamie joined the church staff as custodian in January 2014. He is a graduate of Anderson County High School and a life-long resident of Lawrenceburg. He and his wife Chrystal are the parents of three children: Evan, Laney, and Jake.
