Question:
|
|
What is the objective of Beyond Measure? |

|
The immediate objective is to raise funds
over a three-year period by receiving covenants from the

Question:
|
|
Are there other benefits of a Beyond Measure campaign?
|
|
ANSWER: |
|
By all means. In fact, most pastors and
churches report that the most exciting thing about
Beyond Measure is not the amount of money raised;
rather, it is the tremendous spiritual impact made. The
campaign brings renewed spiritual interest; it deepens
the fellowship of the church family; it opens new doors
for witness and ministry; it re-involves some members
who have lost interest in the church; it strengthens the
program ministries; it increases regular budget giving;
it brings people to a saving experience with the Lord;
and it assures a more effective ministry for outreach.

Question:
|
|
What
if I have questions about filling out my covenant card? |
|
ANSWER: |
|
If
you do not return your covenant card, a covenant
response team member will contact you. Information will
be shared with you and questions will be answered. There
will not be any pressure placed upon your family. You
will not be told what you should give or that you are
expected to give a certain amount. Your family will be
invited to join with other families in making a
three-year covenant under the Lord’s leadership. |
