We at First Baptist Church of Lawrenceburg

want to see persons become fully

devoted followers of Christ

by taking three important steps.

STEP 1:  COME TO CHRIST

1. Create an atmosphere for worship that is welcoming

   to both members and non-members alike.

2. Lead the worshipper to encounter God's presence

   through relevant music and other creative expressions.

3. Preach sermons that are Biblically-based and Christ-centered

    that regularly call for persons to make decisions for Christ.

STEP 2:  CONNECT WITH OTHERS

1. Reach persons by offering small groups where

   meaningful relationships can be formed.

2. Teach persons the truths of God's Word so that

   they can learn from others and grow spiritually.

3. Care for persons by unconditionally loving them

   and ministering to their needs.

    

STEP 3:  COMMIT TO SERVE

1. Equip persons to share their faith with others and

   be on mission for God.

2. Assist persons in the discovery of their spiritual gifts

   and their place of service within the church.

3. Challenge persons to practice Biblical stewardship

   by financially supporting the works of God's kingdom.
